Brace yourself.... you can measure the lights out of a ferrite 604 vs. Alnico, but in the end, you will not be ready that there is truly a difference in sound in favor of the Alnico. My experience only of course....

you might like them with a different crossover. they amaze me every time I turn on my stereo.
